Jay Bhanushali is certainly one of the most popular hosts of the present times and recently, he got a little emotional during an episode of the show, India’s Best Dancer.

After watching a performance of a contestant on the song Udd Ja Kale Kawan, Jay Bhanushali was reminded of his love story and he not only talked about it but also revealed why no one attended his marriage.

Jay Bhanushali is married to actress Mahhi Vij and they are parents of three kids. They had Tara in 2019 through surrogacy and prior to that, they had announced that they have become foster parents of two kids named Rajveer and Khushi.

During the episode, Jay Bhanushali stated, “I met Mahhi when I went clubbing. And three months was enough for me to know that Mahhi is the girl I want to marry. She was my first girlfriend. I had a principle that I’d get into a relationship, when I genuinely feel she is the girl I want to marry and spend the rest of my life with. Within three months, I decided that I would get into a relationship. On December 31st 2009, I proposed to her, and in 2010, we got married. I invited everyone, but no one arrived as everyone thought I was a Casanova.”

The actor-anchor further added, “But, when the right person is in front of you, you keep everything else aside. Mahhi has changed my life; after Tara, she is the reason for me to live.”

The dance reality show is judged by Sonali Bendre, Geeta Kapoor and Terrence Lewis and actress Sonali Bendre hugged him after he got emotional while talking about his wife and daughter Tara.
