Mesa School of Business raises $4M for startup leadership program

By partnering with Elevation Capital and angel investors like Abhiraj Bahl, Kunal Shah, Vidit Aatrey, and Meesho, Mesa School of Business has raised a total of Rs 34 crore (approx. $4 million).

With the aid of these funds, Mesa founders Ankit Agarwal and Varun Limaye hope to create an application-based curriculum for a first cohort of 60 carefully chosen students that will be developed and delivered in collaboration with business leaders.

In contrast to conventional MBA programmes, Mesa has developed a distinctive learning approach that places a strong emphasis on learning-by-doing, business experience, and one-on-one industry mentoring.

It will provide a full-time, 12-month PG curriculum in Startup Leadership with a Bengaluru basis. Students will have access to possibilities for leadership roles at leading startups and technology firms in the nation upon completion of the degree, Mesa added.

In September of this year, the initial cohort for the one-year PG course in Startup Leadership is scheduled to begin. For a full year, the course costs Rs 14.95 lac, and housing is offered upon request.
