Hey there, it's Vero, and it's been a long time since I posted, but I had to Write about this topic because it's very important not just for me but for everybody.
Suicidal Thoughts are nothing to make fun of and have to be taken more seriously.
This topic shouldn't be considered taboo or not important enough to be talked or written about,
especially now in this hard time, a lot of people get these thoughts.
Here are some tips and ways to get help.

Here are important things you can do:
1. Talk with your family member/ friend
2. If you don't want to talk about it with someone you know, call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline (each country has a different number) it's Anonymously- Google the number of your country
3. Call a therapist/your therapist and talk with them about what’s wrong
4. Go to the doctor- many doctors offer help and consultations
5. If you don't want to talk about it at all then you can write with Kokobot where you can write anonymously with REAL people (also anonymously) that are answering really fast
It's now available on Kik the messenger app, but it'll be an app soon. Behind Kokobot there are a lot of anonymous volunteers that talk with you about your problems, you can choose the topic and Koko will help you find the right person to write with you. Everything is anonymous.
6. Apps that are helpful and recommend: Odo AI Friend, #SelfCare, Finch, Sparkle, Daylio, Innerhour, Woebot, Headspace and Calm
Each one of them is different and has a lot to offer
7. Read or watch about it
There are a lot of blogs, YouTube channels, books and articles that could help you
From story times to self-care YouTubers, there is a lot of content out there

8. Write about it, Journal, how do you feel, and why do you feel that way? How can it get better what can you do, or who can you ask for help? What is worth living for? Make a list!
9. Meditate or listen to positive music and frequencies
10. Watch your comfort series or movies / read your comfort book
11. Listen to positive affirmations & repeat them
Searching for help is nothing to be ashamed of !!!
