Ashley Madekwe is going to become a mom for the first time with her Husband Iddo Goldberg.

The  actress announced that she is expecting her first baby with a mirror selfie of her showing her baby bump on her Instagram story on Saturday with the caption:

“Weekends look a little different now.”

The actress who was nominated for a BAFTA award recently shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories, where she displayed her expanding baby bump.

She wore a black turtleneck sweater along with an ankle-length skirt of the same color and cradled her belly.

Her natural curly hair was styled and in the full-body shot, she placed her hand under her growing tummy.

Madekwe has been married to Goldberg since 2012. The two met while acting together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and Goldberg has also appeared in popular TV shows such as Peaky Blinders and Snowpiercer.

The couple has been married since 2012

Ashley Madekwe and Iddo Goldberg got married on June 17, 2012, after dating for five years.

The couple lived together prior to their wedding and had been friends since 2008. They had a countryside wedding in England which was attended by celebrities like Mischa Barton, David Schwimmer, David Walliams, and Christa Allen.

Ashley said their long-term relationship made getting married feel natural, and they planned to honeymoon in Italy after the reception.

Ashley looked stunning in a princess-style wedding gown with a fishnet back, completed by a cathedral-length veil and a pink rose bouquet. Iddo wore a classic black tuxedo with a white shirt.

The couple frequently shares posts on social media showing their close and happy relationship, traveling the world together for vacations.

They celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in Italy last year. She captioned the post:

“We haven’t been to Italy together since our honeymoon 10 years ago. Can’t believe we waited so long.”

She added:

“We fell in love all over again.”

Iddo Goldberg is a British-Israeli actor born on August 5, 1975, in Haifa, Israel. He grew up in London, England, where he attended the Anna Scher Theatre School. He began his acting career in the late 1990s, appearing in British TV shows such as “The Bill,” “Casualty,” and “Silent Witness.”

The actor’s breakthrough role came in 2006 when he played Ben on the hit Showtime series “Secret Diary of a Call Girl.” Since then, he made appearances in numerous TV shows and films, including “Peaky Blinders,” “The Zookeeper’s Wife,” “The Mentalist,” and “Salem.”

In 2019, he played the role of Red Hood in the DC Universe series “Titans.”

In addition to his career as an actor, he is also a writer and producer. He wrote and produced the short film “The Pumpkin Eater” in 2016 and produced the TV series “Snowpiercer” in 2020.
