Popular Nigerian actress, Ada Ameh died on 17th July, 2022 at the age of 48. Her death was very painful for her fans because it just just 2 years after her only child (Aladi Godgift) died in October, 2020.

Veteran Nigerian Gospel Singer Sammy Okposo died on 25th November, 2022 at the age of 51.
He was very popular in the early 2000’s for his hit song ‘Welu Welu’, which he released in the year 2000.
4. Osinachi Nwachukwu
The sensational Nigerian gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu died on 8th April, 2022 and she was 43 years old when she died.
After her death, her husband was arrested and but on trial after it was alleged that she became sick and died after he beat her. The case is still in court.
5. Alaafin of Oyo
The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, died on 22nd April, 2022. He died at the age of 83 after he ruled or over 5 decades (52 years).
He was pronounced dead at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti.
