Landscaping enhancements were made to the surrounding hill, and outdoor furniture was added to the pool area.
Kim purchased the Malibu mansion in September 2022, which was previously owned by celebrities Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, and Adam Weiss. The estate offers a range of amenities, including tennis courts, a swimming pool, a square-shaped spa, and a cabana. Additionally, Kim has private beach access, allowing her to enjoy the beautiful beach just below her property.
Jesse Harrison, the senior principal of Harrison Design, previously highlighted some of the upgrades that had been made to the property. This includes transforming the entire estate into a serene and Zen-like oasis, refreshing the pool, spa, and cabana area, creating a motor court, private parking area, interior entry courtyard, and a relaxing outdoor space next to the gym.
