Kate Middleton arrives for SportsAid event with Prince William, wearing finger-straps to support her injured fingers.

The Princess of Wales arrived in Marlow with Prince William today, sporting a smart/casual jeans and blazer combination. However, her finger injury seemed to be causing her some trouble once again. Kate, 41, chose a blue Zara blazer paired with dark skinny-fit jeans and a white top. She completed her look with her trusted white Vejas. Despite injuring her hand on a trampoline last month, her fingers were back in a bandage. The royal couple attended a Mental fitness workshop organized by SportsAid and the BelievePerform charity, of which Kate is a patron. In a touching gesture, Kate wore her gold star earrings, which she received earlier this year from a woman who tragically lost her daughter to suicide at age 17. With her thick brunette locks flowing down her shoulders, Kate seemed prepared for a day of activities, as she enjoys challenging herself by trying new things. This engagement follows two days of royal visits where the couple is focusing on Mental Health awareness in the week of World Mental Health Day. On Tuesday, they hosted a youth mental health forum in conjunction with BBC Radio 1 in Birmingham. Additionally, Kate visited Nottingham Trent University on Wednesday to discuss student well-being. Meanwhile, Prince William visited a blue light hub in Milton Keynes to speak with emergency responders about their mental well-being. At the mental fitness workshop in Marlow, the royal couple will learn how the program supports young athletes and promotes their mental fitness. They will be joined by SportsAid ambassadors, including Ellie Simmonds and Ama Agbeze. The couple will participate in practical sessions, including a netball-scoring exercise and a game of goalball, a Paralympic sport for visually impaired athletes. The visit coincides with the release of an athlete mental health survey conducted by SportsAid and BelievePerform, which revealed that a significant number of young athletes experience anxiety and face challenges in accessing mental health support.
