Pregnant Sienna Miller, lingerie-clad Jodie Turner-Smith and Rita Ora push style boundaries as they they lead the glamorous stars for one of fashion’s biggest nights at the Vogue World Show

Supermodels, acting legends, royalty and some of the biggest names in showbusiness gathered at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane for the Vogue World Show.

Billed as a ‘multi-act celebration of the British performing arts’, the glittering one-off extravaganza, which kickstarts London Fashion Week, saw Sienna Miller, Rita Ora, Jodie Turner Smith and Winnie Harlow hit the Red Carpet on Thursday – while Victoria Beckham slipped in through the back entrance.

With the Opening Night themed bash, Sienna Miller, 41, who is expecting her second child – her first with boyfriend Oli Green, 26 – pushed maternity style boundaries as she showed off her bump in a crop top and puff ball skirt.

Jodie Turner-Smith put on the most daring display of the night as she rocked up in just a black thong, silk evening gloves and a large black satin bow covering her chest.

Model Winnie, 29, exuded glamour in a plunging black velvet gown with a statement white satin coat which brought plenty of drama with its puffed up neckline, while Rita, 32, turned heads in a black fishtail dress which proved difficult to walk in.

The event – dubbed Britain’s answer to the iconic Met Gala – saw Editor-in-chief, Dame Anna Wintour arrive alongside British Vogue’s own editor, Edward Enninful after reports of a power struggle between the two.

All in the name of fashion: Rita turned heads in her black fishtail dress with exposed corset – but the gown proved difficult to walk in, while Sienna showed off her bump

Posh: Victoria Beckham made a low-key arrival the Vogue party as she snubbed walking the red carpet in favour of slipping in

The Mail on Sunday reported Enninful had hoped one day to replace Wintour, but the Vogue Editor-In-Chief is determined to stay put and will ‘swat any rivals off like a fly’.

The bash comes just three months after the shock announcement the British-Ghanaian former model and fashion stylist is to step down as editor-in-chief of British Vogue after six years at the helm.

When he leaves at the beginning of 2024, Enninful will take up a ‘global advisory position’ at Vogue, ‘with the freedom to take on broader creative projects’.

‘He made no secret of wanting the big job [global editorial director] but he hit the glass ceiling and he’d gone as far as he could go,’ explains the Vogue insider.

‘He thought he would be in London for a few years and then head for New York, but he now knows that he’s never going to get Anna’s job at Condé Nast.

‘Anna is the undisputed boss. She has seen off many rivals and continues to do so. She could swat him like a fly.’

A fashion source put it more bluntly: ‘I think Edward underestimated her power. He had so much smoke blown up his a**e when he was appointed editor that he couldn’t see his own trousers.’

Also arriving on the red carpet was Princess Beatrice of York and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

It’s been a busy week for the couple as they headed to the party after attending the V&A Chanel Exhibition the night prior.

Glam: Kate Winslet showed off her incredible sense of style as she stormed the red carpet

Elegant: The actress, 47, put on a smart display as she joined the star-studded guest list at the glitzy event, held at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane to launch London Fashion Week

Here come the girls! Poppy Delevingne, Stella McCartney and Carey Mulligan joined forces on the red carpet

Tailored: Posh, 49, kept her outfit low-key in a black suit from her own designer label for the evening
