Harry Styles has gifted Elina Svitolina tickets to see him on tour after her plans to see him perform in Vienna on Saturday were scuppered by her own talent. 

The mother-of-one revealed after her match on Friday, in which she defeated US player Sofia Kenin in straight sets, that she had hoped to watch the British pop star perform in the Austrian capital.

Yet as she advanced to the fourth round at Wimbledon she had to miss out on seeing her favourite performer, instead offering up the tickets to fans. 

The official Wimbledon Instagram account shared her dilemma with fans, writing ‘You win some, you lose some.’ 

Yet Harry saw the post and was quick to offer up tickets himself, commenting: ‘Congratulations! We have four shows to go, you’re welcome at any of them. Good luck with the rest of the tournament. H’

The sweet gesture came after Elina gifted her tickets to a fan and her young son.

She told her followers: ‘Hey guys, I was supposed to go to see my fav @harrystyles concert in Vienna tomorrow…but Wimbledon changed my plans.  Someone want to go? I have two tickets.’ 

Svitolina, who has a child with French pro Gael Monfils, later revealed that she’d gifted the tickets to a fellow Ukrainian, Anna Tilniak and her young son David. 

Mother and son shared photos and footage from the concert on her Instagram account. 

Tilniak, who runs an agency called Rest in Ukraine, said: ‘Last night I didn’t have any plan for Saturday but the universe prepared something for us!’

She said her son had danced ‘all night long’.  

On Sunday, Svitolina will face Belarusian player Victoria Azarenka. It will be the first time at Wimbledon a Ukrainian has faced a player from an aggressor nation since Vladimir Putin launched the invasion in February 2022.

The Ukrainian former world No.3 continues her comeback after giving birth to her first child, Skaï, with fellow pro player Gael Monfils in October 2022. 

Monfils and Svitolina have been dating since 2019 and have become fan favourites, regularly posting to their shared ‘GEMS life’ Instagram page. 

After returning to the circuit following the birth of their daughter, the Ukrainian won an event in Strasbourg but has struggled for form since. 

She said of dating a fellow player: ‘It’s really special to have someone who understands what you go through to get these wins, and it’s special to share these moments together.’

Meanwhile, Harry has been linked to Bones And All actress Taylor Russell, 28, after they were spotted out in London together late last month in June. 

And the star further fuelled relationship speculation as she attended the singer’s Love On Tour concert in Vienna on Saturday. 

In photos obtained by TMZ, the Canadian star could be seen situated in a special VIP tent section at the concert alongside a crew member who had a variety of technical items in front of him. 

Last month in June, the singer and actress were spotted together for the first time as they exited a museum in London, and at one point, also reportedly held hands, per TMZ. The stars, however, have yet to publicly comment on the romance rumors. 

When the two stars first crossed paths is still unclear, but both Harry and Taylor attended the 79th Venice International Film Festival last year in September 2022. Styles notably was promoting Don’t Worry Darling, while Russell celebrated the premiere of Bones And All. 

The Grammy winner previously dated Olivia Wilde from January 2021 until their split the following year in November 2022.

At the time of the break up, a source told People, ‘He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in L.A. It’s a very amicable decision,’ and added that, ‘They’re still very close friends.’

However, most recently, the Don’t Worry Darling actor was briefly linked to supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, when the two were seen passionately kissing on the streets of Tokyo in a video exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com in March.
