An Amber Alert was issued for 2-year-old Wynter Smith out of Lansing, Michigan early Monday morning after Police arrested a man in connection to her kidnapping.
Smith is a Black female with braided shoulder-length hair and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with rainbows, the Lansing Police Department reported on social media.
When the girl disappeared police reported she was with 28-year-old Rashad Maleek Trice.

Last seen together in a white Chevy Impala
The pair were were last seen together on Sunday about 11:30 p.m. (ET) on the south side of Lansing in a 2013 white Chevrolet Impala with the license plate DZS0492.
At 5:50 a.m. (ET) police said Trice was found in St. Clair Shores, about 100 miles southeast of Lansing, just north of Detroit, but the child was still missing.
Police said they arrested Trice, but did not release what charges he faces.
