The male accused of breaking into Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco mansion and attacking her husband with a hammer has been formally billed for the assault.

A federal grand jury indicted David DePape, 42, on Wednesday on charges of assault and tried kidnapping in relationship with the crack in at the Pelosi residence on Oct 28.
