This will not only provide you fresh ingredients every day but also if you eat a lot of veggies, it could be cheaper if you grow it at your home. Not to mention that they are grown by you and you know that they never touched any kind of chemicals.

Second advice

Another option for finding fresh and healthy ingredients is to visit a farmer?s market. They also sell home-grown and all-natural products. Not to mention that with buying products at a farmer?s market, you?ll support local farmers and local businesses. They all need a little help in these difficult times.

Third advice

I also decided to try as many dishes as possible because I?d like to experience every kind of paleo meal. There might be some dish that you first find awful but after you try it, it can become your favorite. So, I recommend you try out every recipe and experiment as much as you can.
