On the work front, fans are excited to watch her in Gunasekhar’s epic mythological love storey Shaakuntalam.
She is also looking forward to the big release of Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which she will co-star in with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Vignesh Shivan directed the film, and Anirudh composed the music.
Samantha is currently filming Yashoda, a film directed by Hari Shankar and produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banner Sridevi Movies.
