We had a budget and a goal for the dollars that were spent, and a punch list was created working with our team of highly skilled laborers, and vendors.

The window curtains removed and floors prepped for interior painting. Our focus was to open up the space, and make it easy to understand for our future buyers.

With the windows and mantel frames covered we focused on patching the walls, smoothing out any uneven surfaces or holes left from nails, and fixtures.

Bathroom getting prepped for painting and the transformation of the hardware to be congruent with all of the other hardware in the home.

The kitchen was a unique light Mediterranean blue with draperies covering the window and view. We carefully re-painted the kitchen the same white color as the other rooms so that the home could easily flow from one room to another, and be a blank canvas for our new home owners. We removed the drapes as well bringing in more light and mountain views.

We had 4 different hardware colors to work with in the different spaces and wanted to have like the walls a blank and congruent canvas for the home to be seen. There are many schools of thought in design and decor, and we wanted to create a space that flowed evenly from one room to another letting carefully procured items from our incredible stager Linda at Eleven Interiors tell a new story!

We made the choice to remove the accordion style doors and add new sliding ones. I’ll show you those soon.

Off Market

We took out the dark drapes and area rug, while adding fresh white paint, helping the space become more visually expansive.

We immediately focused on removing the draping from the windows to bring more light into this space, brightening the upstairs family room throughout parts of the day was a bonus.

In the beginning stages is seeing what our clients wanted removed and donated and what we could utilize for staging purposes. The taupe walls at one point worked elegantly for our sellers, for our new buyers we wanted to brighten the space up and increase the visual square footage along with letting the space be re-imagined.

Slowly a brand new room immerges, ready to be imagined by our new buyers.

We will be bringing in carefully curated pieces to showcase the patio in a different light for our open house coming soon!
