Clary/AFP/Getty Images Omarosa Manigault Newman, often referred to as Omarosa Omarosa, is in her position as Trump. Omarosa one of the administration’s few high-profile minority members was perceived to be one of the least qualified people in a White House packed with unskilled people. Yet her long history with Trump and her fire-like way of being expelled makes for some juicy reading. Her position as communications director for the Public Liaison Office, along with many others, will now go unfilled. She’s far from the first person to be jettisoned from her job; according to the New York TimesRumors, it’s abundant that many others, including Rex Tillerson Jared Kushner and John Kelly, will follow soon. This was not the first time in Washington for Omarosa. She had previously worked under President Clinton in the 1990s but became recognizable to the public after becoming a contestant on Trump’s TV show, one of America’s most-hated reality stars. She used it to get a job as African-American Outreach Manager in the 2016 Trump campaign. First: The original Omarosa firing story.

Omarosa fired: Published report

6/6.941 Reports say that Omarosa was mistakenly expelled from the West Wing — pulled out forcefully by Secret Service agents. This appeared when news first emerged that Omarosa was not going quietly. An official in the White House told The Washington Post that Omarosa had tried to enter the “residence” — where the Trumps sleep in the White House — and was then pulled out by the Secret Service. Apparently there was a yelling and swearing match and it ended with General Kelly having her removed from the estate. Next: The truth of what she says happened.

Michael Reynolds – Pool / Getty Images Before diving into the “she-said” let’s remind everyone exactly what her role was. Officially her position was the head of communication for the Public Liaison Office. While that’s a real department and a real job title coverage from The Daily Beast seems to suggest she hasn’t done much in her position at the White House. She won the maximum possible salary of $179700 but she spent time planning her wedding and complaining about how busy she was when a Daily Beast reporter shadowed her for a day. Next: What did happen.

What really happened

6/6.944 She has apparently not been in agreement with General John Kelly. | Saul Loeb/AFP/Getty Images She’s down three strikes. Why was she shot, then? There have been many explanations for doing so. For one, in the White House, she was not really doing much of a reason. She unpredictably took her 39-person wedding party to the White House in April 2017 for a photo shoot that caused a minor controversy. But the final straw came when she was caught using CARPET the White House car service as a personal “pick-up and drop-off car service,” according to Politico. Obviously a staffer sending official White House vehicles out on errands was too far a bridge for John Kelly, chief of staff. Politico confirms after being shot that she attempted to “storm” the residence setting off an alarm from the Secret Service. Next: Their clashes with the Chief of Staff of the President. Hewlett-Packard Co Earnings Call Nuggets: Execution Details and Management Changes

Mark Lawson Recently reported its third Quarter earnings on 22 August 2013 and addressed the following topics at its earnings call.

Execution

CLICK HERE for your NOW Daily Stock Cheat Sheets! Meg Whitman-Chairman and CEO: Let me take the first one. So, as I said in EG’s results this quarter, we were disappointed and there are a couple of issues. I assume this is less development than there are a variety of other fields. Second, we have to have the right products aimed at the market segments we choose to pursue with the right cost structure and we have to do some more research on having a competitive cost structure around the supply chain as well as our production strategy. We also need to simplify our selling motion, and make it more effective. This is a very large, very complicated sales move and frankly we have to simplify it. And then we have to see our channel systems that we have put in place earlier this year and some changes to the August partner compensation system have to sort out. And there are certainly some bright spots there but my point of view is that we have some work of operational excellence that needs to be done here. So in fact I’m very sure of our technology I’m confident of our Moonshot next-generation blade. I think we can turn the corner on but we’ve got a bit more research to do. Cathie Lesjak – EVP and CFO: In terms of slippage also on the Services business issue so I’m not sure we should call it slippage that sounds unplanned in some respects. We worked closely with these top four accounts and at least one of them is done entirely but the three remained and we work very methodically to make sure their transfer goes well. And frankly this gives us time to get into a few things; A get our cost structure in line with the new run rate market now, but it also helps us to get in and sell a little bit more on a sell-and-bill basis in the quarter. And this is what we saw this quarter. So this quarter if we had just had the run-off from these outstanding accounts and we couldn’t put in some extra revenue then the revenue loss would have been much stronger “much smaller. And so “sorry even taller and worse. And so I think that gives us time. And I think it was good for us to really let these issues take a bit longer to move.

Management Changes Toni Sacconaghi Jr. – Sanford Bernstein: Meg I wondered if you might comment on the management changes a little bit more. You’ve replaced the leadership of company divisions over the last two months that represent more than 80 percent of your profits. So, you listed some of the things you were disappointed with. Maybe you can report to the new executives on what are the basic marching orders. Would you elaborate on why you don’t want to draw talent from outside, too? I think you said the imperative in your press release is to respond promptly with fresh ideas and bold execution. Fresh ideas also come from outside, and all recently occurred shifts in management have included promotion from within alone. So marching orders and then hiring talent from outside; and then, please, I have a separate follow up. CLICK HERE NOW for your Cheat Sheets Weekly Stock! Meg Whitman-Chairman and CEO: Okay good. So this is a five-year transition with important milestones along the way as I have said for a long time. But we’re getting into the next turnaround phase; and my opinion is that we need to move into the next turn. So my job is to get the best people with the right skills so domain expertise in the right job at the right time. When I assess the success of each of these companies what I think is necessary then at the time I have to fit the appropriate executive to the task. I am excited about this new team making up. You’re right Tony; I’ve focused more on promotion-from-in because we’ve got a lot of very talented company executives who’ve been in second or third-level jobs that are more than capable of stepping up in Dion Weisler’s case, the results for our PPS in APJ are really quite good. And learning how HP does stuff takes a long time, and understanding the business. He had been our Chief Operating Officer in Bill Veghte’s case, helping to plan the blueprint for the future and bringing considerable tech knowledge to a business that relies more on software to distinguish hardware than bare metal. There’s also considerable experience in marketing ran Microsoft North America and one of our major weaknesses here is our selling push in our go – to-market sales. It is always a mix, then. I brought some new people from the outside, but you’re right, I prefer to want to go with people that I think have the fresh ideas, the passion and the enthusiasm, but don’t have to start at the beginning of the learning curve either. If your roommate still leaves his clothes on the sofa or leaves their shoes in the hall to constantly remind them to pick them up or put them away, they may not deter them from doing so in the near future. If you have a sweet freak roommate who has to keep things clean or have the plates set in some way just let them do it. You don’t have skin off your back. Generally speaking, many of these patterns are ingrained in people, so the most you can do is to give clean-up reminders, or if you happen to be the messy one, keep your mess limited to your own desk or closet and not in common areas.

Food If you stay with an S.O. And you certainly don’t mark your food or say it’s just yours, so then you’re sharing the burden of shopping for food or if something runs out you know you’re going to replace it. Living with your friends, though, is a little different: you usually don’t share food, and if you haven’t laid down ground rules on food, there may be some accidental sharing. Make it clear that if you finish the milk butter cheese eggs of your roommate or anything else that you will substitute it and do not say anything that is not yours, you will follow this too.

Visitors

This is one of the most important guidelines that must be respected and carefully laid down. If you or one of your roommates are taking visitors home or if you or your roommate are considering having friends for dinner and letting them know the situation in advance. The same goes for when you carry someone in, or one of your roommates; have a program where you let them know someone is there. For example, a post-it or some other sign that will identify your roommate that they should not enter your room. Donate the S.O. The same kind of courtesy if you take some of your mates over to have some beers and watch the game.
