As a princess Jasmine was forced to marry a different prince. She uses her courage and poise to finally free herself from marrying royalty and to marry for love instead. Within Aladdin, one symbolic scene is when Princess Jasmine cuddles with a bird. The bird is then taken from her by her father and put back in her cage. Jasmine frees all the birds stuck in that cage, symbolizing how she wants to be free and how she wants to fly away. She still remains loyal to her father and the crown while she wants freedom. Princess Jasmine’s friendship with Rajah shows that she is kind to those around her even though she doesn’t have any true friends. While bold and headstrong Jasmine is brave, she also has a caring side to her. As she sneaks out to experience the world she is seeing it as it really is. A kid reaches for an apple and Jasmine knows how hungry he must be. Naturally, she gives him the apple not to have money, but yeah, it’s the thought that counts. Jasmine’s heart mostly reaches out to her dad. The Princess reveals by her acts and the way she speaks to him that she doesn’t need to be blunt all the time. She is also kind to care and to love. Disney’s Aladdin live-action is now available in theatres.One of the most famous hip hop stories of all time is coming to life on the big screen this Friday. Certified new on Rotten Tomatoes and already spawned a social media meme and a lot of buzz in pop culture. But it is t the first movie in hip hop to chronicle the ups and downs of life. Here are five great movies that paved the way for Compton Straight Outta.

1. Krush Groove (1985)

The music sequences are electric, both in studio and on stage. And the scenes that illustrate how culture first opposed the new sound before accepting it relate to how the Def Jam was truly groundbreaking. 2.

But while many struggle with the quality of his music, after performing in 8 Mile, no one could disagree with his talent as an actor. The film set in his Detroit hometown is loosely based on his life and is a gritty and often frank depiction of Motor City life. As a factory worker and aspiring rapper, Eminem stars as Jimmy who has to balance social pressure on domestic issues and his own fear of failure. Eminem’s performance is influenced by “it brings 8 Mile through its grim trailer parks and dirty streets of the city with a somber introspection. Jimmy’s observations help inform his music, and even when he finally finds his voice, you forget to watch a multi-platinum rapper again and feel like watching a hip-hop star making. 4. Hustle Flow (2005)

Hustle Flow brings the torch through the Memphis streets where the pimps and prostitutes just get by. The film that follows DJay (Terrence Howard), a weary Memphis pimp who scrapes a production team together to try and make it big in the business. Hustle Flow would be a great movie even without the soundtrack “the performances of Howard Anthony Anderson Empire’s Taraji P. Henson and Orange are the top notch of New Black’s Taryn Manning; and DJay’s fame-fighting drama is as riveting as it comes. But his songs “written by Three 6 Mafia for the film” take Hustle Flow to another level, capturing beautifully the struggles and fears that drive DJay and his friends to try something better.

Wallace’s most notable figures left us way too soon. Through his Brooklyn upbringing, Notorious reveals his life story of his unprecedented rise to fame and his untimely death in a driveby fire. Jamal Woolard plays Wallace “and shows a remarkable similarity in appearance and mannerism to him. And Notorious profits not only from Woolard’s performances and the supporting cast s but also from the narrative decision to focus on the guy and not just his celebrity. By doing so, at the height of some 90s hip-hop, we get an unfettered insight of life and have the chance to truly appreciate its ups and downs.

The lunch or snack is a good protein source providing 20 grams of protein at each meal. But it’s extremely high in fat too. It has 18 grams of fatNo kids 9 and younger should really eat 2000 calories per day which means the figures for them are even higher. If you’re set to give Lunchables to your kids try to create your own version. In most cases you will be able to switch out preserved heavily processed products with those that are at least a little more health-friendly. At 100 Days of Real Food, Lisa Leake blogger recommends buying divided plastic containers and offers tips to make the most popular Lunchables a little healthier. Take these for lunch with your family, or take them out at snack time. That way you’ll probably cut down on the list of sketchy ingredients while also providing some healthier options. 3.

Whether you prefer fish whales or baked cheddar crackers with basic round crackers are also a favorite in child-friendly pantries. Great for on – the-go days, they are minimally messy and seem to please every boy. That does not, sadly, mean they are a healthy choice. Certainly several crackers are now made with real cheese and whole grains and this is a step in the right direction. But such snacks will easily rack up the salt your child eats. Everyone will adhere to 1500 milligrams or less of sodium per day according to the American Heart Association. However, most children between the ages of 2 and 19 eat 3100 mg or more a day — more than double the amount recommended. Much of this can come from pizza at meal times and refined cold cuts, but savory snacks can also be a culprit. For example, goldfish contain 230 mg of sodium per serving which is approximately 6.5 per cent of the recommended daily intake alone. Surprisingly that’s even worse than the 170 mg per serving in Lay’s potato chips (though the chips ‘ fat content is slightly higher). Again you could try to find an alternative to your own cheddar cracker or you could opt for a healthy cracker bought from the lower sodium store.

Pediatric athletes that benefit from the use of sports drinks containing protein carbohydrates or electrolytes; however, the use of sports drinks instead of water in the sports field or in the school lunchroom is generally unnecessary for the average child engaging in routine physical activities. Energy-containing, stimulant beverages have no place in children’s or adolescent diets. Excessive regular consumption of carbohydrate-containing drinks increases overall daily caloric intake without any nutritional added value. Unfortunately, even 100 per cent fruit juice can lead to early obesity and other health problems due to the naturally high fruit sugar content. (Regular fruit is always the best alternative since the carbohydrates present fill you up faster while equaling fewer sugar intake to achieve the same satisfaction.) Young children should have no more than six ounces of 100 percent juice per day — and this does not even answer the limitations on sugar juices that are not entirely natural.
