Telco giants Safaricom has announced closure of all Shop in Nairobi on Friday 6th October 2023 except that in JKIA.
Through a notice Safaricom noted that the closure of all shops will run to Saturday 7th October 2023.

“Normal services will resume on Saturday, 7th October 2023. For further assistance, ask Zuri, call customer care or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer,” read the statement.
The statement continues by confirming that the shops will remain closed as dedicated teams come together for an internal staff event.
“Safaricom shops in Nairobi (except JKIA) will be temporarily closed as our dedicated teams come together for an internal staff event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with renewed energy and enthusiasm on Saturday.” they said
