The High Court on Monday stopped Kenya Power from rewarding a Ksh 21 billion Meters Tender after a case filed before them is determined.

This follows a case filed by a businessman claiming that the tender process was fraudulently done in the first place.

“High Court Stops Kenya Power from awarding Sh21b electricity meters tender pending determination of a suit by a businessman claiming process was fraudulent,” said Ali Manzu
