According to Mr. Okechukwu Idenyi, who is the Secretary for the Coalition of Peter Obi Campaign Organisation in Ebonyi state, he passed the information through a viral message.

In the message the CPO Secretary wrote; "The Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave UMAHI, is demanding that ObIdients must pay 4 million naira to make use of Abakaliki Township Stadium as takeoff point, for the Ebonyi Mega March in Solidarity for Mr. Peter Obi slated for Saturday, Sept 17th, 2022. #Our Mumu done do in Ebonyi State.
