Welsh Wine Week 2020

Welsh Wine Week is fast approaching and we thought we would share with you some of the wineries around Cardiff, where you can go and get your wine to celebrate this exciting week ahead from 27 July – 2 August 2020.

The wine world is such a complex and fascinating world, there are so many different types of wines, different tastes and no one can deny they would like to learn more and perhaps see how their favourite wine is produced.

In Wales, there are many vineyards, where you will find amazing wine. These are the three closest to Cardiff, Llanerch Vineyard, Glyndŵr Vineyard and Meadow View Vineyard.

Llanerch Vineyard

This vineyard was planted in 1986 but since then it was restored in 2010. It hosts tours and tasting sessions where you will get the opportunity to know all about the Llanerch Vineyard and their wine history. This is followed by a session of wine tasting, which is guided by their wine experts. They also host weddings, corporate days and other events
