Change has always been, and will continue to be a constant part of life and an integral part of growth. This phenomenon has become more relevant than ever as we get ready to transition to a newly minted Board of Officials Led by Rtr. Manisha Alwis for the RI year 2023-24, who adamantly bring with them strength and an allegiance to shape a better future.

No leadership journey is ever without trials and this is a testament to the absolute resilience of our previous board of officials, who have faced their share of challenges. They have weathered through storms, and emerged stronger together. It is, therefore, crucial to reflect on the achievements they have accomplished together. From successful fundraising campaigns to impactful community projects, they have created a legacy that will be cherished for years to come. Their hard work and determination have raised the bar for our Rotaract club, leaving a positive impact that will resonate long into the future.

Let us remember the profound impact they have made as we bid farewell to our beloved board of officials led by Rtr. Lathushanan Koneswara of the RI year 2022-23, where they “STRIVED TO EMPOWER LIFE”, marking the close of an important chapter. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your time, dedication and unparalleled service. As we welcome the new officials to our midst, let us carry the same torch of camaraderie and service, honouring all past achievements while embracing the limitless potential of the future. We all bear witness to the dawn of a new era of Rotaract, where we embrace a shared vision and offer fresh perspective and renewed purpose so that we continue to make a commitment to progress. Together, we join hands with the past and future of Rotaract and “SERVE TO INSPIRE”.
