Rotaract Club of SLIIT hosted its very own first-ever Award ceremony as Excellentia on the 26^th of May, 2023 at the Opulent River Face Hotel from 6 pm onwards. This project was conducted mainly to appreciate the dedication and hard work of our members. The event was graced by Dr. Kalpani Manathunga, the staff advisor of Rotaract Club of SLIIT and the head of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering. District Rotaract Representative Rtn. Rtr. PP Ahamed Hussain was our Guest of Honor for the night. Along with the guests, our past presidents’ council did not forget to grace this event by participating. During the event, members were provided with certificates for their excellent service throughout the RI year 2022-23 and there were special 15 Excellentia Iconic Awards given to 15 members who have been brilliant and inspiring.

Excellentia Award Ceremony was conducted with the participation of 100 members. The event was filled with our members’ achievements along with their talents. Hope these young individuals thrive in their lives in the future.

SLIIT රොටරැක්ට් සමාජය විසින් 2023 මැයි මස 26 වන දින සවස 6 සිට Opulent River Face හෝටලයේදී “Excellentia” ලෙසින් සිය පළමු සම්මාන උළෙල පවත්වන ලදී. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන්ම සිදු කරනු ලැබුවේ අපගේ සාමාජිකයින්ගේ කැපවීම සහ වෙහෙස මහන්සි වී වැඩ කිරීම අගය කිරීම සඳහා ය. මෙම අවස්ථාවට SLIIT රොටරැක්ට් සමාජයේහි මාණ්ඩලික උපදේශක සහ පරිගණක විද්‍යා සහ මෘදුකාංග ඉංජිනේරු අංශයේ ප්‍රධානී ආචාර්ය කල්පනී මනතුංග මහත්මිය සහභාගී විය. දිස්ත්‍රික් රොටරැක්ට් නියෝජිත Rtn. Rtr PP අහමඩ් හුසේන් මෙම රාත්‍රියෙහි අපගේ ගෞරවනීය අමුත්තා විය. ආරාධිතයන් සමඟින්, අපේ හිටපු සභාපති සභාව සහභාගි වෙමින් මෙම අවස්ථාවට අලංකාරවත් වීමට අමතක කළේ නැත. 2022-23 රොටරැක්ට් වර්ෂය පුරාවට සාමාජිකයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ විශිෂ්ඨ සේවය වෙනුවෙන් සහතිකපත් ප්‍රදානය කරන ලද අතර, විශිෂ්ට සහ ප්‍රබෝධමත් වූ සාමාජිකයින් 15 දෙනෙකු සඳහා විශේෂ Excellentia Iconic සම්මාන 15ක් පිරිනමන ලදී.
