    • 2 lemons or limes
    • ½ cup flaxseed oil
    • 1 ½ cups organic honey
    • 1 to 4 chopped walnuts
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

These ingredients contain many trace elements and vitamins which are extremely healthy and provide energy to the whole body!

First, you need to squeeze the lemons or limes (your choice) and pour their juice into a jar where the honey was previously added. Then add the rest of the ingredients: linseed oil, cinnamon and chopped walnuts.

Take a jar (big enough for you to mix everything well) and store the mixture properly. A jar that holds 1 liter would be ideal. Keep the jar in the refrigerator and take a teaspoon of this elixir every morning, before breakfast.

Eat healthy foods : When eating healthy foods, try to eat organic foods if possible because they are generally free of harmful synthetic chemicals, such as pesticides and herbicides. Stress also weakens our immune system and reduces the production of anti-aging hormones in our body. With fewer anti-aging hormones, we increase our risk of premature aging.
