1. What’s something that scares you? 

Old State Capitol Building in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Rumor has it that Pierre Couvillion, a late legislator from Avoyelles Parish, had a heart attack during a debate in the Old State Capitol. He passed away and was buried near his home in Marksville, Louisiana, but people claim that he still occupies the building. Security guards have claimed to have motion detectors go off on their security cameras in a row, as if someone is moving room-to-room. An even creepier event happened in 2009, when paranormal investigators picked up the voice of an entity singing You Are My Sunshin

Heights, Haunted houses. and scary movies .

2. Do you care where the food you eat comes from? To what degree? 

i do . I lke to buy from local farmers market.

3. What’s something you wish you’d spent more time doing when you were younger? 

Spending time with family and friends.

4. Let’s play autumn this or that….pumpkin spice or apple cider? Corn maze or haunted house? Horror film or Hallmark movie? Blanket or sweatshirt? Watch football or watch the World Series? Foliage-red, yellow or orange?

5. This time last year where were you and what were you doing? 

I am sure I was here getting ready for the morning.

Apple Cider Recipe :

  • 10 large apples we use 5 Gala and 5 Honeycrisp
  • 16 cups water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice
  • ▢6 cinnamon sticks
  • Quarter each apple and remove the core. Place apple slices in a large stockpot and add water.
  • Stir in sugar, cinnamon, allspice and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then cover the pot with a lid and continue simmering for 2 hours.
  • Stir well, then carefully strain the apple mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard solids from the sieve. Line the sieve with cheesecloth and strain the cider again. Serve warm or Chill.
