COVID-19 is definitely not kind to UK. I live in Peterborough and I know how difficult it is during these days to survive as a pregnant woman. Nowadays, I only go out for my ultrasound baby scan clinic’s appointments. My OB-GYN doctor is kind enough to provide online consultations during this pandemic outbreak. I’m really thankful to her as because of her online consultations I’ve to make fewer visits to the clinic.

Anyway, this blog is all about my pregnancy life during this COVID-19 outbreak. I’m on home quarantine like everyone else because I care for my little sweetheart’s well-being and would want nothing but the best for him (I got a gender reveal scan before this Coronavirus shit happened). So, yes, I’m staying at home and so is my husband. My husband ensures that I don’t do a single chore in the house. Basically, I’m living like a Queen, all credit goes to my partner. But sometimes I don’t listen to him and cook delicious meals because I enjoy cooking. We organize house picnics and indoor tea parties for entertainment. After a span of three years, I played chess with my husband. I was very good at chess during my school days but my husband proved me wrong. Would you believe that I lost from my husband twice? Last but not the least we chill together while watching Netflix! We have rewatched the previous seasons of Game of Thrones and we even discuss what should happen in season 9. I created a herb garden on my own. Mission accomplished!! Never thought this would happen but quarantine made it possible!

I have started being extra careful about hygiene. I always use a disinfectant spray and keep the surroundings clean and tidy. Whenever I visit my ultrasound baby scan clinic for sonography, I wear a breathable face mask and ensure to carry a hand sanitizer. If you’re a pregnant mother like me, then you should not skip getting the necessary fetal health check scans from an ultrasound baby scan clinic.
