Personally, I have the principle that : "If you have tired your mind, also make your body tired." For balance and for relaxing the mind. So according to this rule, after intensive mental work, a few hours spent at the computer, be sure to go out in the fresh air and go for a walk or to the gym. Give your mind a rest while you exercise your body. This is the best way to maintain balance and good health if you work a lot. I know that sometimes it's hard to mobilize to move your ass and get up from a comfortable armchair.
Super positive effect of exercise is an additional energy boost, which in theory is impossible ! How can you feel better and have more desire to continue running after running 7 km. ?! But you can. Of course you can, and of course you can ! All this is due to the chemical compounds that your body secretes during physical exercise. Endorphins make you feel happy. So don't wait too long, just buy a gym pass right away, or just put your shoes on your feet and hit the road !
