If you have Tired your mind, also make your body tired !

Personally, I have the principle that : "If you have tired your mind, also make your body tired." For balance and for relaxing the mind. So according to this rule, after intensive mental work, a few hours spent at the computer, be sure to go out in the fresh air and go for a walk or to the gym. Give your mind a rest while you exercise your body. This is the best way to maintain balance and good health if you work a lot. I know that sometimes it's hard to mobilize to move your ass and get up from a comfortable armchair.


To minimize the risk of "reluctance", start a workout plan with a breakdown of the day. Write what and when you will practice. Record the results : e.g. how many belly exercises did you do, how many kilometers did you run, what new steps did you learn at the dance course. It works more motivating, especially if you take, for example, a graph on which you can visualize your achievements. I know by hard way that when you write 7 km on the chart, and then you fall to 5, you get the power to make still those 2 km.

Super positive effect of exercise is an additional energy boost, which in theory is impossible ! How can you feel better and have more desire to continue running after running 7 km. ?! But you can. Of course you can, and of course you can ! All this is due to the chemical compounds that your body secretes during physical exercise. Endorphins make you feel happy. So don't wait too long, just buy a gym pass right away, or just put your shoes on your feet and hit the road !
