Today I thought I would show you all what my ‘office space’ looks like..

I love writing! My favorite places to write are in chaotic places like coffee shops, or out in nature. When I’m out in nature I can feel the inspiration taking over my fingers as they race across my keyboard, the energy from the world around me pulses through me like wind through a tree. And when I’m in loud crowded people, it’s easy for me to tune everyone out and get in the zone with writing. I can’t stand things being too quiet!

I’ve never really had my own space to right, although I did have a desk at my grandmothers house I wrote at a lot. Coincidentally, it was the same desk in the picture below that I used as a desk there, and the same rocking chair that I would sit in and write for hours.

As you can see, I have surrounded myself with plants both inside (with the fake wall clings) and outside (with the trees). I LOVE the view from my window, and it’s a perfect little get away from the craziness of the world. On cool mornings, I can open the window and enjoy the sounds of birds chirping, wind blowing through the leaves, and squirrels scurrying up the tree outside.

Another thing you may notice is that my space is all decked out for Autumn! My fiancé won’t let me decorate the rest of the apartment just yet, as it is ‘too early’ for that, but he can’t say anything about decorating my little office space!

Between the clean workspace and the nature vibes, I get a lot of work done here and I almost always feel motivated to write! (Which is why I have been putting out a LOT more content lately.)

So yeah, that’s my office space! It’s pretty cute to look up and see all of my Halloween stuff, and I Love having a space I can write and create stuff at. Everyone should have a creative space to do their own thing.
