The Smoke from Canada is really getting out of hand! Every day it looks like an endless fog has rolled over the area and engulphed everything in mystery fog. The only mystery for me, however, is how we’re all still breathing at the end of the day after being out in this smog constantly!

I’m out in the greenhouse at work every day, and I literally have to go inside the store every once in a while, just to breathe. The air is so thick with this awful smog that it’s hurting my chest to be in it for too long (hard to do when your job is outside).

Look at these pictures… You see those trees covered in smoke? those aren’t far away, those are actually really close, just a mile or so down the road! But this smog is making everything look like a creepy horror movie scene 24/7.

I’ve had a few people come into the greenhouse and talk to me about the smoke, mainly farmers, and they have all said that this smoke is giving them a sore throat and making it hard for them to breath. Again though, when you have no choice but to work outside in this, it’s kinda hard to stay away from it and still get the job done.

This truly makes me understand what the people out west go through every time they have wildfires, and it’s a scary awaking as to what’s happening to our planet.
