A mum has shown off her impressive Fridge organisation using budget containers from Kmart – but critics couldn’t help but comment on the Vegemite stored on the top shelf.

La Vie, from Sydney, bought multiple clear containers to store fresh produce in her Samsung fridge, but the famous Aussie spread captured the attention of many.

‘Love that! Couldn’t help but notice the Vegemite in the fridge though? Never have I seen that!’ one woman wrote.

‘Great job! I’ve also never seen Vegemite in the fridge?’ another added.

‘I seriously didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to be in the fridge, my partner is Aussie and his family put their Vegemite inside the fridge so I did the same thing,’ she said.

Sharing images on Facebook, she also made use of a plastic turntable to store condiments for easy access.

‘Loving the new clear containers from Kmart! My fridge looks amazing,’ she wrote online.

Milk, cheese, and sauces were aligned neatly on the fridge door, while all other items were placed on the shelves.

La Vie also bought a handy fridge shelf which was used to store dips, while other long plastic clear containers were used for yoghurts and drinks.

Larger fresh vegetables were placed in the main bottom drawer of the fridge.
