Wrestling coach, Akuh Purity has praised the ministry for its palliatives issued to the wrestlers during the covid19 lockdown.
The Coach in conversation with brila.net admitted that sponsorship was a challenge for the Wrestlers as they need more funds for development and resource management.
The coach cited the motivation for updating himself and acquiring more knowledge, is to keep achieving more glory with Nigerian wrestlers alluding that their success was his as well.
He concluded by pleading with the Ministry to pay attention to Wrestling as it has a great potential in securing multiple Olympic medalists for the nation with grassroots development a vital cog in making this a reality.
