Causebox Review

Over the past couple of years, I have gifted myself a number of subscription boxes and the Causebox is my current favourite.

This post contain affiliate links. If you make a purchase by clicking on my link, I may receive a small kickback, which helps to fund my blog.

Since I began receiving these lovely gems, I have purchased Top Box, Luxe Box, FabFitFun, Simply Beautiful, Urthbox and Julep subscription boxes. The reason for these purchases was to collect a beauty product supply and to test the latest and greatest products on the market!

A subscription box is a fun way to get products and home items you couldn’t justify buying for yourself, but still wanted anyways. I don’t need to shop a lot anymore because I anticipate my Causebox coming each and every season.

Receiving a monthly box of goodies is like a six year-old on Christmas morning!

“What am I gonna get this time?!!!”

Now, keep in mind, that the surprise factor isn’t always there, since you do select some products ahead of time – curating the box to your needs and desires.

So, the Causebox is made up of ethical, sustainable, chic, and unique products for you and your home that bring awareness to charitable causes around the world.

I purchased a full year in advance as opposed to monthly in order to save a bit as a whole. Since I live in Canada I do have to pay shipping charges, but in some locations shipping is free.

My monthly box is $50 per month for the subscription, but I received over $340 worth of product in my spring box! Wow, right!!?

What I really appreciate is that with your membership you receive coupon codes to use toward purchases of the products you thoroughly enjoyed. So if you loved the Kálos Elixir Toning Mist (hello, rosewater facial mist!) than you can purchase it after at a discounted rate.

You really do receive a crap load of product over the course of a few months (more if you subscribe for more than one box!) and I find it unrealistic to be able to go through it all. So if I have an abundance of body lotion or facial products, I give a couple away to girlfriends because I’ll never use it before it expires.

Not only do I get a treat for myself, I’m helping support worldly causes, and gifting overstock to others – it’s a win-win all around!

Through receiving these boxes, I have been introduced to so many beauty products that I would not have purchased otherwise. A probiotic night cream, rosewater facial mist, jade facial rollers, coffee body scrubs – even a feminine wash!

These beauties bring self care to a whole new level!

Fortunately, it’s not only beauty products that I’ve received with Causebox. I have gotten jewellery, kitchen gadgets, gift wrap, as well as a beautiful wrap and a silky scarf.

Each box is different and geared toward the season and the folks at Causebox do a terrific job!

Buy one for yourself or a loved one! They’ll love it! – I promise!

What are you waiting for?
