Blockchain-based browser, Brave, has announced the development of wallet for Ethereum tokens and has been formalized. This announcement has been posted on their blog and will support Ethereum along with ERC-20 tokens and original Brave tokens. This wallet can later interact with the dApps application which reportedly will make Brave as a Web3 browser.

However, a wallet cannot interact with Brave Rewards. This ensures that users cannot transfer BAT from Brave Rewards to their wallets. If the user wants to send a BAT from Brave Reward to the wallet, the user must send BAT to the UpHold account and then send it to the wallet.
Currently, users are storing their Brave private-keys independently, and Brave recommends that users "stick to a small amount and keep a regular backup" if they want to try the beta crypto wallet.
In addition, Brave plans to integrate its crystalline Wallet with Brave Rewards directly, rather than sending it to the UpHold wallet.
