Things end.

Sometimes long before we realise it,

often way after we knew it,

Occasionally it comes along suddenly,

takes us by surprise,

makes you lose your way.

~

The things about endings though,

they are a path to new beginnings.

As with those things that end,

not always easily recognised,

maybe for quite some time.

~

But very often better,

the reason the end had to come.
