134 Article 134 The BJP-led NDA Government is yet to take up the issue of the cow, and has been accused of stifling discussion about the issue.

The government has been seen as reluctant to confront the issue, in spite of its efforts to educate people on the issue during the campaign.

However, it has also sought to appease the RSS by issuing an edict stating that cows should not be killed for food, or meat, or as part of ritual.

The BJP has also asked people to “make a sacrifice” for the cow.

“Our country needs to be ruled by cow, not by the RSS,” the BJP manifesto says.

The government has also ordered the RSS to provide a budget for every religious organisation.

The BJP has made a point of emphasising that the cow has a religious significance and should not even be referred to as a “person”.

“Cow is not a person and cannot be treated as such.

This is what is meant by the Hindu caste system,” the manifesto says, in a clear reference to the caste system that separates Hindus from non-Hindus.

“The cow is a symbol of our unity.””

In order to maintain the unity of our country, it was decided to give the RSS a budget and resources for the upkeep of the cows,” it says.

“The cow is a symbol of our unity.”

The RSS has long been accused by the BJP of being a communal organisation and of being anti-BJP.

The party has been criticised for its alleged anti-national stance and for being in the hands of a small, extremist group that is trying to weaken the BJP.
