The Opioid Crisis is in full swing and there’s no end in sight.

But the government has been doing more than any other to tackle the issue.

The first step is to tackle drug use.

It’s an issue that’s on the front burner with the introduction of a national prescription Opioid strategy in March, but a broader agenda is needed to tackle addiction.

The federal government has put forward $2 billion in new funding, but more is needed.

There’s a need for more resources for research and prevention, as well as for more funding to improve the quality of care.
