How to Make Your Students Learn to Read by Giving Them the Best Tools

article article by Bleacher Source The University of Pennsylvania’s John E. Kogan Center for Advanced Education has created an interactive online resource that teaches reading comprehension, using reading skills and tools like video and audio.

Students learn the skills of reading and writing by playing games that are similar to real books, but with a twist.

Students learn to read and write by playing video games that mimic real books and by playing a game where they learn to make mistakes, like spelling mistakes.

The center, which is the only university to have such a resource, has partnered with Reading Skills and Literacy, a nonprofit organization that helps students learn how to read.

The center’s interactive, downloadable book, called The Reading Skills & Literacy Resource, was created with students in mind.

“We wanted to build a tool that students could use to understand what we are teaching them, so we wanted to create something that would be easy to use for them,” Kogan said.

“We wanted students to be able to understand the concept of reading.”
