MailEngageX Review – My Experience In Using
In this section, I’m going to show you my review about LetMailBox 2.0 which helps you personalize your emails even to the point where you can personalize the videos inside the emails. Before starting, I’d like to say that I requested a review account Neil to access to this tool, so you can trust everything in my MailEngageX Review.
Right now, I’ll enter my username and password to login to LetMailBox 2.0 dashboard.
Here’s LetMailBox 2.0 dashboard:
There are 4 important modules such as elements module, link module, library module, setting module. Let’s now look at each of these module in the detail.
1/Elements module
In your LetMailbox dashboard, you click on “Elements” in main menu.
You can see under “Elements” tab have two option.
Option 1: Active Elements
Now you can view all your elements listed here in their respective order. You can manage all the elements with the help of 4 options below each element.
Copy: You can copy the HTML Code, Autoresponder Code and Element Preview Code from here.
Analytics: You can view reports of your elements here.
Clone: You can clone (copy) the element by clicking on this option.
Archive: You can archive the element by clicking on this option if you do not want to see that element here anymore.
Option 2: Archived Elements
You can see all your archived campaigns in here
2/My Links
You can manage all your links in the My Links tab by going to the My Links in the top menu bar.
In your LetMailbox dashboard, go to My Links >> Create New Link
You can also cloak the links by following the simple steps listed below:
- Step 1: You enter the URL which you want to cloak and select the redirect type. There are 3 types of redirect available
1. JS Redirect
2. iFrame
3. Server Side Redirect (301 Redirect)
For affiliate offers and promotions then, I recommend you to choose JS Redirect. If you want to open the page in iFrame then, we recommend you to choose iFrame and for any other redirect you can choose Server Side Redirect.
- Step 2: Enter the Meta Title, Description and upload image for social share.
- Step 3: Choose the domain on which your link would be cloaked. In case you Choose LetMailbox Domain your link would be cloaked on letmailbox.me/. However, in case of Whitelabel Domain, your link would be cloaked on yourwhitelabeldomain.com.
- Step 4: Customise the final link generated now. In case of LetMailbox domain, your link will be like http://brandname.letmailbox.me/slug, where brandname is the name of your brand and slug is the unique identifier to identify your URL. In case of whitelabel domain, the link will be like Yourwhitelabeldomain.com/slug where slug is the unique identifier to identify your URL.
- Step 5: Enter the ‘Retargeting Pixel’ and click on ‘Save’.
3/Library Module
I will give you a quick tour of the Library Tab in the LetMailbox dashboard.
Under Library Tab, you will have 4 options to choose from:
Option 1: Your Library
Under this section you will find all the images and videos that you have uploaded.
To upload a video, you need to click on ‘Upload’ and choose one of the two options available, that is, Image or Video.
Option 2: Youzign Library
Letmailbox 2.0 allows you to connect to YouZign, you just need to connect to your YouZign account to get access to all the features.
Option 3: Pixabay Search
There are around 1 million images for you to choose from in our dashboard through the Pixabay integration. You can also search images by typing keywords on the search bar.
Option 4: Tenor Gif Search
LetMailBox 2.0 is integrated inbuilt Tenor GIF. You can search and select any GIF and add it into your library.
4/Setting Module
Settings Module is one of the important modules in the LetMailbox Dashboard.
There are 3 sections under this module:
- Account Settings
Under this section, you can find your Website name, Timezone, LetMailbox branding and Custom API Domain.
Note: You need enable Custom API Domain in case you want to use your own domain for tracking. However, you need to first add your custom domain to be able to enable it here.
- Users
You can add your users and find all the users related details in this section.
- Custom Domains
Under this section, you can add your own domain and then can point it following the simple steps listed on the same page.
5/Create the Campaigns
Once you are into your LetMailbox dashboard, the next step us to start creating the elements.
All you need to do is go to ‘Create New Element’ and start creating the elements.
There are 5 type of highly engaging elements that you can create from this single dashboard.
- Autoplay Videos
- Self Interacting Elements
- Conversion Elements
- Engaging/ Growth Elements
- Messenger Widgets
For my example, I’ll create Autoplay Video Element. To be able to create a Personalised Autoplay Video Element, follow the simple steps listed below:
Step 1: In your LetMailbox dashboard, go to Create New Element >> Personalised Autoplay Video.
Step 2: Enter your ‘Name’ and select ‘Category’.
Note: In case you have not added any category, you can simply add it while creating the element and that element would be created under that respective category.
Step 3: Now, choose Video – you can simply upload or even choose from your library.
You can also import the video from Youtube by simply entering the URL. You can also clip the video as per your wish as to which 10 seconds would you like to show of the video.
Step 4: Enable Personalised text by entering switching the toggle and fill in the required fields.
Step 5: Enable Play button and Mute button by simply switching the toggle and then, enter the redirect URL where your subscriber will be taken to after he/she clicks on the video.
Step 6: Click on ‘Save’.
Once you have created the elements, you would obviously want to manage and optimise them. To simply manage and optimise your elements
- Once the campaign is saved, you will get 2 types of code:
HTML Code – You can use this code on your websites.
Autoresponder Code – You can use this code in your Autoresponder.
Once you’ll click on Autoresponder Code, you will get the option to choose your autoresponder. After you have chosen the autoresponder- your code will be copied.
