India extends ban on international flights till Oct 31
India’s Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Tuesday extended the suspension of scheduled international commercial passenger flights till October 31, 2021. The restriction, however, does not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by the DGCA, according to a circular issued by DGCA.
