To be precised you do not have to do much, prepare Butter paneer at your home in the traditional way you prefer. Spread the dish over the base like you would spread the pizza sauce, top it up with mozzarella cheese and microwave it.

Serve it hot with virgin Mojito. The recipe is similar to Pizza hut’s veg Farmhouse pizza. However, if you like the outlet, you can use Pizzahut offers while ordering your favorite Pizza to get a hefty discount.

Saag paneer is another desi version of Italian Pizza. The recipe has saag paneer and pizza base. Cook the saag as you would generally cook it during the winters. Make sure the consistency is not runny otherwise you won’t be able to spread it over the base. Once saag is cooked, dice the paneer in small slices. Spread the saag on one side of the base and add slices of paneer to it. If you want you can shallow fry the paneer and then add it over the saag gravy, cover it with the cheese and cook it in the microwave until the cheese is melted.
