Hi everyone, so for today's post I thought I would share some tips with you on how you can get out of the slump of Procrastination because I feel like since my semester exams are done I have been procrastinating way too much when I had so much work to do, the other part of the problem is when you have so much work to do you tend to avoid it and then you end up not doing it and things get worse!!





#1: - to-do list!
To-do lists are my favorite, believe it or not, but these lists are a game changer!
Once you have a visual of your complete day and all the tasks you need to do, everything seems Achievable and your brain doesn't feel burdened!
Do not clutter your brain with things you need to do without any proper arrangements, that way you end up losing interest and procrastinating!

Tip: break down your to-do list!
Just a tiny suggestion, breaking down the to-do list makes it way more achievable, I.e. Writing down tasks which are a subversion of the actual task!

#2: - find reason in every task!
Finding some kind of value in every task makes it more achievable, find value in every task such that it lets you question yourself that what is it in this certain task that is going to motivate me to actually get up and complete it.
Like for instance, wearing those gym clothes first thing in the morning doesn't seem appealing at all but you know once you are done with the workout you gonna feel amazing and it is all seems worth it with the end results!
So find something in each task which actually makes you move your butt and make you work!

#3: - Praise yourself, reward yourself!
Before doing any task remind yourself the feeling you gonna get at the end of the day, once you have completed your work the feeling of victory is inexpressive!
Also, there is nothing wrong in praising yourself for the work you have done! Express your happiness and treat yourself with something you had been waiting for, for a long time and hence you will be motivated to.

#4: - eat healthily & sleep enough!
If your mind and body feel healthy, you get the energy to work your way through the day and so eating healthy and sleeping for sufficient amount of hours is really necessary.
