Its time for another Self Care Sunday and this week I decided our Skin was the beneficiary of the self love. With the cold weather arriving in the UK and across the world our skin is taking a beating! Well I know mine is. I noticed a huge change in my skin, it became very dry and cracked (nice). I decided I needed to give my skin some intense repairing which doesn’t sound as painful or EXPENSIVE as you’d think. Ive been using 4 fabulous products that have really helped me in keeping my skin silky smooth.
The first product ive been loving is this Sanex Micellar Soothing Shower Gel.
Sanex Dermo Micellar mild cleansing gels are formulated to capture impurities while maintaining your skin’s natural barrier, leaving it purified, hydrated & naturally protected.
The scent really reminds me of a baby product I used on my children when they were small. Its not over powering at all and leaves the skin feeling fresh replenished and repaired. It can be used on all skin types and is perfect for the face as it is enriched with emolient & omega 3. This retails for around £3 and be purchased from most stores.
Another Sanex product ive ive been using and enjoying is this Revitalising Dermo Micellar formulated to to capture impurities while maintaining your skin’s natural barrier, leaving it purified, hydrated & naturally protected. The shower includes Vitamin E & Pro-vitamin B5 to nourish the skin. Another plus with these shower gels are that the bottles are huge so they last a really long time and are perfect for the whole family to use. Retailing for around £4.
Ive really enjoyed using these products and noticed my skin becoming softer and smoother. Id highly recommend if your skin is feeling the winter air!
These last 2 products are AMAZING. The scent in these is absolutely stunning. If I could add in a scratch and snip patch here I would haha! They are the Shea Moisture illuminating body wash & Body lotion retailing for around £10.99 available at leading stores including Boots here .
They are loaded with goodness of natural ingredients SheaMoisture’s Coconut & Hibiscus Body Wash gently cleanses your skin of dirt and grime while delivering intense moisturization to make your skin look soft and radiant all day long.
The texture is very thick but a small amount goes along way. The feeling on the skin is instant and softness arrives immediately after using. The scent literally flows off the skin all day after using and ive been using the body lotion as a facial moisturiser morning and night. Ive really enjoyed using these products and my skin has REALLY benefited from them.
I wanted to add that I used these products 2 weeks apart for 2 weeks each so that I could see the results from ach one giving them a fair trail. I was also gifted these products from the brands but all opinions are my own regardless of gifting.
