NFL PREVIEW
After reaching the Conference Championship last season with Case Keenum as Quarterback, the Vikings expected another good campaign after giving Kirk Cousins a huge contract to take over the team's quarterback position, however, the team regressed and despite the positive campaign , ended up out of the playoffs.
Most of the free agent team resources were used to renew with players who were already on the team. The Vikings lost Defensive Tackle Sheldon Richardson and some offensive line pieces, but reinforced OL with Josh Kline and rookie Garrett Bradbury, the team's first round choice in the last draft. As a replacement for Richardson, the team brought defensive tackle Shamar Stephen, former Seahawks.
