A man's Body has been found inside a submerged car in Port Stephens.
The white hatchback was found when emergency services were called to reports of a car in the water at Soldiers Point Boat Ramp just after 4.30am today.
The man is yet to be formally identified.

It is not clear how the car ended up in the water and an investigation has commenced.
A crime scene has been established and a recovery operation is underway, involving police rescue, Marine Area Command divers and SES volunteers.
The boat ramp will remain closed until this afternoon.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.

This comes after a spate of drownings around Australia.
The body of a 17-year-old girl was pulled from Murray River in South Australia after she fell from a houseboat on New Year's Eve.
The body of a 15-year-old boy has also been recovered in the Shoalhaven River west of Nowra, New South Wales, after he went missing on New Year's Eve.
