I think something I’m learning now is that starting over doesn’t have to be a bad thing.

Many of my Succulents have begun to propagate with no success, but all of which started unintentionally. I have one right now that has a new bud, and I’m hoping it will continue to grow if I can care for it properly.

With succulents, if a leaf breaks off, it can be propagated…regrown into a new succulent. With time and some care, it can grow just as it should. And I’m realizing that we are sort of the same. 

Restarting after being broken, after falling apart, it doesn’t erase any previous progress. It may feel like it when you’re back at square one, but all of that still happened. You still got to where you did, and it just becomes an opportunity to do the same again, or maybe go about it in a different way.

We can heal, regrow, rebloom…we just need to give ourselves care and time to do so.
