For example, using social media websites for your entertainment instead of advancing the business and connecting with customers will prompt a negative effect. 

Organizations that deploy a few digital tools with no reason can also distract employees, their productivity and workflow. It is imperative to analyze the tools before you deploy and evaluate how they can enhance the efficiency of the company and productivity.
