Okay, you’ve seen Ant Man and the Wasp, right? Great, you have! Well, what about that mid-credits scene?
The scene itself was pretty predictable, as every hero whose first movie took place during ‘Phase 3’ has been killed: Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Spider-Man, and now the Wasp. Now, fans have been left to wonder how Marvel will bring these characters back to life without ruining Infinity War.

Personally, I think Marvel could pack the biggest punch by killing off both Captain America and Iron Man. I can already imagine the tears pouring down my face. It would be heartbreaking to see Cap and Tony both die, but it would be as emotionally shocking as the Thanos Snap.
However, it would also be gutting if at least half of the Avengers who survived the Thanos Snap sacrificed themselves in order to save those who faded away.
How will the Avengers save the day? Well, Ant Man may be one of the keys to this goal. At the end of Ant Man and the Wasp, before he gets stuck in the Quantum Realm, Janet warns him about time vortexes.
Ant Man should be able to grow himself out of the Quantum Realm like he did in the first Ant Man film, unless that was just a lucky fluke. I’m thinking Scott will try to grow himself, but will accidentally be pulled into a time vortex which will transport him to the future.
In this future, the survivors of the Thanos Snap will have been living with both the benefits and consequences of the Thanos Snap. I think it would be very tragic if the snap does lead to a better Earth for the survivors.
Personally, I think everyone will remember what happened. He would want people to remember what he sacrificed in order to better the universe, so that the next time the population needs to be halved, people will be more willing to let it happen.
For now, though, this Ant Man and the Wasp mid-credits scene is a key hint to how our heroes will overcome the wrath of Thanos.
Whatever Marvel does, I’m just excited to see it. Only ten months until Avengers 4!
