Have you noticed that ‘time of the month’ when us, girls, seem to be moody and emotional?

Well, it seems like your hormones are killing you.

Below are the things you probably should do.

1. Stop scrolling down social networking sites

Seeing your friends succeed more than you do, getaways and happily-ever-after love stories would trigger the feeling.

So, better not stalk this time.

2. Don’t stay in bed all day.

You tend to oversleep if you stay in your bed which will alter your regular sleeping hours.

Go out and have fun.

Be with your friends.

3. Get busy

A perfect time for DIYs or learn to cook a recipe you’ve been rooting to know.

4. Don’t you ever listen to sentimental music

It will surely make the feeling worse if you do.

So don’t you dare.

5. Don’t overthink things

Thinking too much will only stress you out.

Just go with the flow and let things happen.

If all else Fail, then, a good cry never fails.
