Productivity is quintessential to any company’s longevity in market. Despite this, equation to get good Productivity is a complex one.

We cannot Guarantee productivity on fixed parameters and one of those parameters is time management.

We can have general work timings of 9 to 6 due to several factors, which are not in our control – local transport, security, personal lifestyle etc. However, strictly adhering to it does not guarantee team members will be highly productive. On contrary, it can get counterproductive.

In MYRSA we are required to complete 9 hours in a day, but we are trusted to complete them the way we see fit. When company puts so much trust on us, we as responsible adults, ensures that such Freedom is meant for nonlinear situations only.
