The press conference comes after the Supreme Court on Monday junked an appeal filed by Devas Multimedia challenging NCLT and NCLAT’s order to wind up the company. The top court upheld NCLT’s May 2021 order to wind up Bengaluru-based Devas Multimedia, which has been embroiled in a controversy over the last one and half decade over its 2005 agreement with ISRO’s commercial arm Antrix Corporation, which was later found to be fraudulent.
