If you’re in a jam trying to work out who is Doughnuts or your noodle’s in a spin about Poodle, then you’re not going mad.
Millions have been trying to guess the famous faces behind The Masked Singer’s colourful characters: Lionfish, Doughnuts, Bagpipes, Traffic Cone, Panda, Rockhopper, Mushroom, Firework, Poodle, and Robobunny.
Like a brilliant whodunnit, this year’s show has had its audience and the show’s judges – Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, and Rita Ora – baffled by the cryptic clues given out.
Some of Rita’s barmy guesses have left viewers scratching their heads as she reckons Lionfish is Ellen DeGeneres, claiming: “I think you could be a woman,
“Those lips are a bit frowny, a bit like one of my favourite movies, Finding Nemo and Dory. And who plays Dory? Ellen DeGeneres.”
After being slammed on Twitter, Rita hit back: “WHO’S READY FOR MORE OF MY AMAZING GUESSES!! Tune in now!!!”
Fans’ answers have been equally wild.
So far, two contestants have been unveiled. Chandelier turned out to be M People singer Heather Small in the first episode, and Snow Leopard’s disguise was revealed to be Gloria Hunniford.
So who’s left? The clues are mushrooming.
Rockhopper
Fans are hopping mad over who Rockhopper is.
Some reckon it is Irish singer Nadine Coyle, 36, after clues referenced two of Girls Aloud’s hits.

ITV)Her bandmate Nicola Roberts won the first series as Queen Bee.
Other contenders include Strictly star AJ Odudu, 33, and Kerry Katona, 41.
Panda
Another Girls Aloud Star, Kimberley Walsh, 40, is in the frame as Panda.
But favourite to be the cuddly bear is Aussie singer Natalie Imbruglia, 46, after a clue pointed to her work in animated films.

ITV)Others are convinced it is Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon, 43 – who has a panda print clothing range – after hints about a talent show and going solo.
Poodle
Poodle sang Elton John’s Rocket Man but fans spotted some collars with the names of queens on them and reckon it is poodle-haired Queen guitarist Brian May, 74.
“The build seems to match up well too, as Poodle appears to be very tall and slender, Brian is the tallest member of the group and is pretty skinny,” explained one.
Traffic Cone
Comedian Michael McIntyre’s name keeps cropping up.
A fan wrote: “#MaskedSinger I think traffic cone is Michael McIntyre. The danger zone clip is off his show The Wheel.”
Other guesses include Jason Donovan, 53, and Rick Astley, 55, drag queen Tia Kofi, 31, and TV builder Nick Knowles, 59.

ITV)Lionfish
Comedians Eddie Izzard and Rowan Atkinson are both in the frame for Lionfish.
Viewers pointed out that Eddie, 59, speaks French and German on stage, like the character.

ITV)Others include singer Michael Ball, 59 – due to the way he belted out Puccini’s Nessun Dorma – and chef Ainsley Harriott, 64.
Robo Bunny
Many are convinced a Top Gear star, past or present, could be in the driving seat for this one.
Richard ‘Hamster’ Hammond, 52, Freddie Flintoff, 44, and Paddy McGuinness, 48, are among the names touted.

ITV)Others reckon it is Diversity’s Perri Kiely, 26, Westlife’s Mark Feehily, 41, or Blue’s Lee Ryan, 38.
Doughnuts
He used to make doughnuts out of defenders and now former England and Liverpool footballer Michael Owen is the hot favourite to be Doughnuts.
Speaking in a Scouse accent, he claimed to be extra speedy and capable of running “ice rings around the competition”.

ITV)“We said that before he even sang then we’re even more convinced,” declared a fan.
“The clues all fitted football, horses and something savoury Cheese and Owen crisps!” added another.
Firework
Firework boasts she is “a pocket rocket, a total bundle of energy”.
That puts Rita Ora’s singer chum and The Voice Kids coach Pixie Lott, 30, in the frame.

ITV)Spice Girl Mel C, 47, and Our Girl actress Michelle Keegan, 34, have also been touted.
Various modelling hints have led others to suggest Jodie Kidd, 43.
Bagpipes
The tartan tunesmith’s dodgy Scottish accent isn’t fooling anyone.
But fans reckon the squealer behind Bagpipes could be a major player in the rock world.
Glasgow-born AC/DC guitarist Angus Young, 66, is a favourite. Rod Stewart, 76, whose dad was Scottish, is another.
Others have named Scottish actor Richard Madden, 35, comic Harry Hill, 57, and presenter Dermot O’Leary, 48.
Mushroom
She sounded like she’d been on the magic mushrooms herself, with lines like: “I have been known to sprout in a more serious part of the forest”.
But after betraying an Irish accent on the show, the firm fungi favourite is comedian Aisling Bea, 37.
Mushroom performed Bjork’s It’s Oh So Quiet – and one fan noted Aisling posted about the Icelandic singer online soon after.
Fellow comic Sarah Millican, 46, actress Jane Horrocks, 57, and Father Ted legend Pauline McLynn, 59, have also popped up as contenders
